Our main Hub Headquarters will be located at 15 Cavan St, Port Hope, ON with a planned opening in the second half of 2025. Future satellite spokes are planned to open across Northumberland County. Candidates will begin working out of our offices at Rebound Child & Youth Services and transition to Headquarters once open. Staff currently offer limited virtual and hybrid services from partner sites.
Flexibility in work hours will be required, including ability to work weekends/evenings for purposes of program delivery and attendance at activities and events where necessary.

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Care Coordinator Manager to lead the operations of the Youth Wellness Hub Northumberland (YWHO). This is a temporary 1-year maternity leave contract with the opportunity to make a lasting impact on youth mental health and wellness in our community.
